What about other costs?
Unless included in the rent, utilities and bills are paid by the tenant, or by the landlord if vacant.
We pay and then invoice you for certificates and necessary repairs each year. We save you money where we can by doing the work ourselves, but sometimes a job requires professional attention.
There is no additional fee from us for arranging repairs.
